When you join the GCA community or complete a form on this website we collect the information you provide directly, such as your first name, email address, country or location, message and any interests you select. We also record the date and page of your submission, the source you came from (for example a social profile, referral or programme link) and your consent status.
Why we collect it
We collect this information so we can send you the teachings, prayer resources, programme invitations and ministry updates you have asked to receive, respond to enquiries, care for you well as part of the movement and keep accurate records of consent and communication.
How we use your information
Your details are held in the Great Commission Awakening Ministry Office, which is our master record. We may use a trusted external email platform to deliver newsletters and programme communications. That platform only handles delivery; it does not replace the Ministry Office as the source of truth for your relationship with the ministry.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the foot of every message. You can also request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting contact@gcawakening.com.
How we protect your information
Your information is stored on secure, encrypted infrastructure and is only accessed by trusted members of the ministry team for the purposes described above. We do not sell or rent your details to any third party.
